TERMS.

Last updated 21 August 2026.

These terms apply when you buy from bangbangherbal.com. Buying something means you accept them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Who you are buying from

This site is operated by Bang Bang Herbal Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Company number: to be confirmed. Contact: info@bangbangherbal.com.

What Bang Bang is

Bang Bang is a general consumer product: a Thai herbal inhaler of natural botanicals, made the traditional way. It is not a medicine, it is not a medical device, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health concern, speak to a pharmacist or a doctor. Keep it away from small children, keep it out of your eyes, and stop using it if your skin reacts.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are final: the price you see is the price you pay, inclusive of any applicable VAT. Shipping is shown at checkout and is free on orders over £10. Payment is taken by Stripe. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email, not when you click pay.

Delivery

We ship within the United Kingdom. Orders normally leave within two working days and arrive within a few days of that, but Royal Mail sets its own pace and we cannot promise a date. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Subscriptions

The monthly subscription renews automatically each month at the price shown until you cancel. You can skip or cancel at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund a jar already sent.

Returns

Your cancellation and return rights are set out on the returns page and form part of these terms.

If something goes wrong

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, tell us and we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the order.

The small print

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order. The contract is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings there.
