Your 14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. You do not have to give a reason. Tell us within those 14 days, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
What we can take back
Jars must be unopened and unused, with the seal intact. This is a product you inhale from, so an opened jar cannot be resold and we cannot accept it back on a change of mind. If a jar arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, that rule does not apply: tell us and we will replace it or refund it in full, including the postage you paid.
How to start a return
- Email info@bangbangherbal.com with your order number and what you are sending back.
- We reply with the return address. Please do not post anything before you have it.
- Pack the jars so they survive the journey and get a proof of postage. Until we receive them, they are your responsibility.
Postage and refunds
For a change of mind, you pay the return postage. For anything damaged, faulty or wrong, we pay it. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 14 days of us receiving the goods, and include the standard outbound shipping you paid on the original order.
Subscriptions
Cancel a subscription any time from the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges. A jar already sent falls under the ordinary return rules above.
